Please make sure that if your order is placed using a credit card or debit card, such card should be valid on the date of dispatch of your order. The acceptance of orders for the Products shall be at the entire discretion of La Marquise Restaurant. Our acceptance of an order occurs when you receive an on-screen message or email message confirming that your order has been placed at which point, your contract with La Marquise Restaurant is made and up until this point.
La Marquise Restaurant reserves the right, in its sole discretion, without limitations, conditions and/or qualifications, and without need of prior notification, to limit, change, modify or cancel any order, and/or to refuse any service to any customer for any reason attributable to the unavailability of the items ordered, or other circumstances and conditions which would render impossible or delay or the fulfilment of its obligations . Notwithstanding the receipt of any order confirmation, whether via electronic mail, phone call or otherwise, it is understood by you that the delivery of your order by La Marquise Restaurant and receipt of the payment corresponding to the same, shall constitute the sole act of final acceptance by La Marquise Restaurant of such order. Verification of any information may be required prior to the acceptance or delivery of any order.
Upon delivery, you agree to pay in cash or credit card all charges incurred in connection with your order, including all applicable taxes, at the rate in effect when the charges were incurred.
The orders are delivered directly to the specified addresses in the shortest possible time. We cannot be held responsible for any errors or late delivery in the event the information given by the customer is incomplete or inaccurate and or any other event or cause. We, therefore, recommend you to check the accuracy of your contact details prior to submitting your order.
We decline all responsibility if the products are not consumed immediately after delivery.

Delivery Time & Conditions
The average delivery time may be 40 to 50 minutes. Delivery times vary based on traffic, the restaurant's ability to prepare food, and weather conditions. We recommend that large orders be placed at least two hours in advance. In order to avail our corporate price and for us to delivery to your location daily we require the following minimum consumption Dubai: Minimum Order of AED 100.
If you wish to amend or cancel your order, please call La Marquise Restaurant Hotline 800MARQUISE or 80062776473, details of which will be included in the confirmatory e-mail sent to you upon placing your order. If you change your order, the price charged will be the price for the amended order. If you pay by credit card the price difference will need to be paid separately to La Marquise Restaurant. Please note that some promotions are only available for limited periods, any changes to your order may mean the promotions are no longer available.
For confirmed large caterings, 50% advance is required. For cancellations of a confirmed large catering, a one-week notice is required. REFUND money will be given after three days from cancellation for cash payment, for credit card payment, 4% will be deducted as bank charge.
Change of orders or delivery time can be made no later than 15 minutes prior to the start of the delivery window. The delivery window starts from the promised lead time (i.e. 45mins) and ends at the promised arrival time. Change of order can be made up to 15 minutes before the delivery window begins. Amendment to the order must be made by calling the store direct. We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made.
In the unlikely event that we deliver a wrong item, you have the right to reject the delivery of the wrong item and you shall be fully refunded for the missing item. If we can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available), our staff will inform you or propose a replacement for the missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and get a refund.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, and without prejudice to the rights of La Marquise, no cancelation or refund shall be effective unless a clear declare of the same being issued by La Marquise.
