The International Mec3 School of Gelato 2015 at ICCA
Another fantastic gelato course has been done by MEC3! Another gelato lovers were increasing their knowledge and fulfilling their dreams!
For the first time MEC3 and La Marquise International have ran the course in International School of Culinary Arts (ICCA). Thank you ICCA for your great hospitality!
Students have learned the real meaning of gelato and sorbet, have learned and practice gelato making, have played with creating their own recipes, have learned what equipment is required for gelato shop and how to use it. But a part of this students have been taught how to create a business plan for their own gelato shop.
All of the students from the group are pursuing their dream in running their own gelato shops and MEC3 with La Marquise International are more than happy to be a part of it.
