The International Mec3 School of Gelato
In December 2013 La Marquise International together with The International Mec3 school of Gelato have arranged a professional gelato making course for the business owners, investors and industry players.
11 participants from all over the GCC have attended the 2-day event and have learned how to prepare Italian gelato, sorbet and soft ice cream. They also have got some tips and tricks on how to run gelato business more efficient.
The School of Gelato by Mec3 is the first school in the sector to introduce the ONE TO ONE teaching method: small classes with maximum 12 students and fully equipped workstation for putting into practice what is taught by the teacher.
The teaching method is designed to transfer the highly professional contents simply and efficiently also thanks to the use of multimedia tools.
The teaching environment allows to maximize the content's learning thanks to a high level of interaction between the teacher and the students.
